On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 6(1) and 6(2) of Ontario Regulation 612/20, Centralized Supply Chain Ontario, made under the Supply Chain Management Act (Government, Broader Public Sector and Health Sector Entities), 2019, Neil Brodie of Ottawa be appointed as a part-time member and designated as Vice-Chair of Centralized Supply Chain Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
