Order in Council 1559/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portion of highway in the Township of Calder, District of Cochrane, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Part 1 on MTO Plan P-7412-7, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeast Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on the 28th day of March, 2024, be designated as a secondary highway pursuant to section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended; and
2. the portion of highway in the Township of Clute, District of Cochrane, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Part 2 on MTO Plan P-7412-7, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeast Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on the 28th day of March, 2024, be designated as a secondary highway pursuant to section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
