Order in Council 1561/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the portions of highway in the Township of Brock (Geographic Township of Thorah), in the Regional Municipality of Durham shown on MTO Plan P-1605-0033, were designated as controlled-access highway by Order in Council OC 1761/64 and as described in Schedule 3, Regulation 403, R.R.O. 1970;

And whereas the lands, being part of Lot 11, Concession 4 and part of the Road Allowance between Concessions 4 and 5 shown as PARTS 1 and 2, on Plan 40R-32636 (MTO Plan P-1605-0071) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham are no longer required for provincial highway purposes;

Now therefore the designation as controlled-access highway by Order in Council OC 1761/64 and as described in Schedule 3, Regulation 403, R.R.O. 1970 is hereby amended so as to cease to apply to the portions of highway shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Plan 40R-32636 (MTO Plan P-1605-0071) deposited as described above.
