On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

  1. the portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Brougham, now in the Township of Greater Madawaska, in the County of Renfrew, in the Province of Ontario, and being:
    1. Part of Lots 15, 16 and 17, Range “D” North and Part of Lot 18, Range “D” South, shown as Parts 1, 5 and 6 on Plan 49R-18253 (Ministry Plan P-3435-8);
    2. Part of Lots 16 and 17, Range “D” North, shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Plan 49R-19521 (Ministry Plan P-3435-9); and
    3. Part of the Bed of Constant Creek in front of Lot 17, Range “D” North, shown as Part 1 on Plan RE178432 (Ministry Plan P-3435-10),

    all deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Renfrew, be designated as King’s Highway, pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.

  2. The designation as a King’s Highway by Order in Council OC 550/74 effective February 27, 1974, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Renfrew as R140862 (Ministry File P-3435-7) be amended so as to cease to apply to Parts 2 and 3 on Plan 49R-18253 (Ministry Plan P-3435-8) deposited as described above.
