On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

  1. the portion of highway in the Geographic Township of Gillies, Municipal Township of Gillies, in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2576-14, filed with the Record Service Unit, Northwest Region, Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 13th day of August 2024, be designated as a secondary highway pursuant to section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended; and
  2. the designation as a secondary highway by Order in Council OC-1096/56 (Ministry Document P-8196-7) dated 9th May 1956, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Instrument LEW26898, and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Thunder Bay as Instrument OFW19710 (Ministry Plan A-52-46), be amended so as to cease to apply to the portion of highway shown as Part 1, on Ministry Plan P-2576-14 filed as described above.
