Order in Council 1567/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portion of highway in the Geographic Township of Rugby (Unorganized), in the District of Kenora, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2194-18, filed with the Record Service Unit, Northwest Region, Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 13th day of August 2024, be designated as a secondary highway pursuant to section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended; and
2. the designation as a secondary highway by Order in Council OC-576/68 dated 8^th February 1968, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Kenora as Instrument LT87157 (Ministry Plan P-2194-16), be revoked pursuant to section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended.
