On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council 1581/2023 Martin Guest was re-appointed as a part-time member of the Financial Services Tribunal for a fixed term of three years effective December 2, 2023;

Pursuant to section 2(5) of the Financial Services Tribunal Act, 2017;

Martin Guest of Toronto

be designated as a part-time vice-chair of the Financial Services Tribunal, for a term ending on December 1, 2026, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
