On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 9(1) and 9(2) of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation Act, 2017,

Connie Dejak of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time member and redesignated as part-time Chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective December 2, 2022.
