On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Financial Services Tribunal Act, 2017, Garnet Fenn of Tecumseh be re-appointed as a part-time member of the Financial Services Tribunal for a fixed term of two years effective January 11, 2026.
