On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Anatomy Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1680/91 dated July 18, 1991, appointing Dr. Bonita Marie Bengert Porter as a Local Inspector of Anatomy, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
