On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 147 (9) of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019, as amended,

Richard Stubbings of Niagara-on-the-Lake

be reappointed as part-time Vice Chair of the Ontario Police Arbitration and Adjudication Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period of 1 year, effective from the later of February 1st, 2025, and the date this Order in Council is made.
