On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 147 (9) of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019, as amended,

Siegfried (Sig) Walter of Toronto

be reappointed as part-time Chair of the Ontario Police Arbitration and Adjudication Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period of one year, effective from the later of January 18, 2025, and the date this Order in Council is made.
