On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 807/2017 dated April 12, 2017 that reappointed Elisabeth Margaret Brückmann of Toronto as a part-time Lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board under the Health Care Consent Act, 1996, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
