On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 31 of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019,

Navdeep Singh Dhaliwal of Milton

be further reappointed as a member of the Regional Municipality of Halton Police Service Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period ending on December 31, 2026, effective from the from the later of January 1, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
