Order in Council 1736/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas James Warren has been reappointed as a member and redesignated as the Chair of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation by an Order-in-Council dated the same date as this order;

Therefore,

pursuant to subsection 5(3) of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999, James Warren shall be paid remuneration of $146,700 per year and reimbursed for reasonable work-related expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Corporation in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet directives effective the later of December 21, 2024 or the date this Order in Council is made;

and

Order in Council 1861/2021 shall be revoked effective the later of December 21, 2024 or the date this order in Council is made.
