Order in Council 18/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Eliza Lowes of Brock be appointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
