On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 4 of the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter H.8,

Mary Janet Dadufalza

be appointed as Deputy Registrar of Motor Vehicles effective on and after the date of approval.

Further that Order in Council numbered O.C. 1735/2008 dated the October 8, 2008 appointing Judith May Taggart as Deputy Registrar of Motor Vehicles be revoked.
