On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 5 of the Ontario Heritage Act, O.C. 833/2023, dated June 22, 2023, appointing Lynn Kennedy as a director of the board of directors of the Ontario Heritage Trust be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
