Order in Council 200/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 9 of Ontario Regulation 4/22 made under the Development Corporations Act, and effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered,

1. The chair of the board of directors of Intellectual Property Ontario shall be compensated at the rate of $350 per diem.
2. The vice-chair of the board of directors of Intellectual Property Ontario shall be compensated at the rate of $250 per diem.
3. The other members of the board of directors of Intellectual Property Ontario shall be compensated at the rate of $200 per diem.
4. Appointees shall be reimbursed for work-related expenses incurred while engaged in the business of Intellectual Property Ontario in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other Treasury Board/Management Board of Cabinet directives.

And Order in Council O.C. 505/2022 is hereby revoked.
