On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to subsection 25.29 (1) of the Electricity Act, 1998 the Minister of Energy shall, with the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, issue a long-term energy plan, setting out and balancing the Government of Ontario’s goals and objectives respecting energy for the period specified by the plan.

Now therefore the long-term energy plan, entitled Delivering Fairness and Choice, attached hereto is approved.
