Order in Council 223/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 29(3) of the Public Service Pension Plan, set out in Schedule 1, as amended, under the Public Service Pension Act, 1989; Grant Walsh of Ottawa be appointed as a member of the Ontario Public Service Pension Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective on the later of February 2, 2026 or the date this Order in Council is made.

And pursuant to subsection 29(7) of the Public Service Pension Plan, set out in Schedule 1, as amended, under the Public Service Pension Act, 1989, Grant Walsh of Ottawa be designated, effective on the later of February 2, 2026 or the date this Order in Council is made, as Chair of the Ontario Public Service Pension Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term concurrent with his appointment as member of the Ontario Public Service Pension Board.
