On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas effective January 3, 2018 the Lieutenant Governor in Council has appointed Paul A. Boniferro to serve as Deputy Attorney General pursuant to section 3 of the Ministry of the Attorney General Act;

Pursuant to the authority cited above and despite Order in Council 1724/2016, Paul A. Boniferro shall be paid an annual base salary of $400,000.00 during his appointment as Deputy Attorney General.
