Order in Council 231/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 57(1.1) of the Education Act and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Caroline Fletcher-Dagenais of Rockland be appointed as part-time member and associate chair of the Ontario Special Education Tribunal (English) for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Caroline Fletcher-Dagenais was reappointed as a part time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Special Education Tribunal (English) for a fixed term of three years effective November 4, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1425/2023;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1425/2023 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
