On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Human Rights Code, Léonie-Françoise Guenang Tchatat, of Toronto, be appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council as a part-time member of the Ontario Human Rights Commission, for a period of two years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
