On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Mary-Lynn Seeley was appointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective June 1, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 717/2023;

And whereas Mary-Lynn Seeley tendered her resignation effective January 1, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 717/2023 be revoked effective January 1, 2024.
