Order in Council 312/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 and subsection 16 (4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Catherine Holtz of Emsdale be reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending August 22, 2028.

Further, whereas Catherine Holtz was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective August 23, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 669/2025;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 669/2025 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
