On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

PURSUANT to subsection 8(2) of the Coroners Act, as amended,

Heather Arthur of South Stormont,

is hereby further reappointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a further period not exceeding one year effective April 20, 2025.
