On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 5(1) and 5(4) of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Act, 2002, Kevin Sullivan of Toronto be reappointed as a member of the board of directors of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond April 1, 2026, effective the later of February 21, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made.
