On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006, S.O. 2006, s.16, James Dodds, of Toronto be reappointed as a member of the Board of Metrolinx to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two (2) years, effective the later of March 4, 2024 and the date this Order is made.
