On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 315/2023, dated March 9, 2023, Dr. Dirk Webster Huyer was reappointed as Chief Coroner for Ontario and as General Inspector of Anatomy to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed three years, effective from April 1, 2023;

And whereas it is desirable that Dr. Dirk Webster Huyer be further reappointed as Chief Coroner for Ontario and as General Inspector of Anatomy;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Dr. Dirk Webster Huyer is hereby further reappointed as Chief Coroner for Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed three years, effective from the later of April 1, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made;

And therefore pursuant to subsection 2(1) of the Anatomy Act, as amended, Dr. Dirk Webster Huyer is hereby further reappointed as General Inspector of Anatomy to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed three years from the later of April 1, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
