On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 1788/2021 dated December 16, 2021, Susan Beharriell of Nobleton was reappointed as a member of the board of directors of the Soldiers’ Aid Commission pursuant to section 6 (2) of the Soldiers’ Aid Commission Act, 2020, S.O. 2020, c.24;

And whereas Susan Beharriell passed away on December 1, 2022;

Therefore Order in Council O.C. 1788/2021 is revoked effective the day this Order in Council is made.
