On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 2(1) and 2(2) of the Provincial Schools Authority Act, Scott Sincerbox of Dundas is appointed as a member and designated as Chair of the Provincial Schools Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three (3) years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
