On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 611/2022 made on March 24, 2022, Frances Kordyback was appointed as a part-time director of the Ontario Securities Commission;

And whereas Frances Kordyback has resigned effective March 25, 2024;

Therefore Order in Council O.C. 611/2022 is hereby revoked effective March 25, 2024.
