On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1537/2016, dated October 19, 2016, Dr. Susan Linda Haley was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And whereas Dr. Susan Linda Haley has, in writing, resigned her appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective April 6, 2018;

Therefore Order in Council numbered O.C. 1537/2016, dated October 19, 2016 is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
