On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Minister of Finance is authorized by Order in Council O.C. 1092/2017 dated May 31, 2017 (the “Order”) to make a loan to the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario;

And whereas it is considered desirable to amend the Order;

Therefore, paragraph 1 of the Order is amended by deleting the words “Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000)” and replacing them with “Forty Million Dollars ($40,000,000)”.
