On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Sarah Atkinson was reappointed as part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective January 5, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1783/2022;

And whereas Sarah Atkinson tendered her resignation effective January 1, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, Order in Council O.C. 1783/2022 be revoked effective January 1, 2024.
