Order in Council 481/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the designation as a controlled access highway by Order in Council O.C. 1332/99, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Parry Sound as Instrument LT230456, and for the Registry Division of Parry Sound as Instrument 171177, both on August 18, 1999 and shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2504-7, in the geographic Township of Conger, Township of Seguin, District of Parry Sound, be amended, so as to cease to apply to that portion of Part of Lot 2, Concession 10, shown as Part 2 on a Plan of Survey, deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Parry Sound as Plan 42R-21201 (P-2504-64).
