On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 10(1) of the Pesticides Act,

Dr. Nikhil Rajaram of the Ministry of Labour

be appointed as a part-time member of the Pesticides Advisory Committee to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.
