On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause (j) of subsection 264(1) of the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994, By-law No. 3 of the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario authorizing, controlling and requiring the use by credit unions of marks, signs, advertisements or other devices indicating that deposits with credit unions are insured by the Corporation, a copy of which is appended hereto, is approved.
