On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 12 of the Toronto Islands Residential Community Stewardship Act, 1993,

Whereas Melek De-Wint of Toronto, appointed by Order in Council 1265/2021 dated September 16, 2021 as a part-time member of the board of directors of the Toronto Islands Residential Community Trust Corporation, has resigned effective March 1, 2023;

Therefore, Order in Council 1265/2021 is revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
