On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the Legal Aid Services Act, 2020, Jasmit Singh of Oakville be appointed as part-time member of the Board of Legal Aid Ontario for a fixed term of three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
