On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 183/75, dated January 22, 1975, Dr. Robert Panabaker was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario, subject to the condition that he remain ordinarily resident in Area Number 4;

And whereas Dr. Robert Panabaker is no longer ordinarily resident in Area Number 4;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.37, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 183/75, dated January 22, 1975, be amended by deleting Dr. Robert Panabaker’s name, address and area number from the Schedule to the said Order in Council.
