On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 8 of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter O.32, the pension fund regulation made by the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission on March 9, 2018, which is set out in the attached Schedule, is hereby approved.
