On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Julie Broderick of Brantford be appointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Julie Broderick was reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective January 11, 2026, by Order in Council O.C. 1267/2025;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1267/2025 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
