On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Taivi Lobu was reappointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective March 4, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 220/2024;

And whereas Taivi Lobu tendered her resignation effective April 1, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Order in Council O.C. 220/2024 be revoked effective April 1, 2024.
