Order in Council 641/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, by Order in Council numbered O.C. 551/2023, dated April 20, 2023, Brent McNamee was reappointed as a part-time member of the Fish and Wildlife Heritage Commission effective the later of June 18, 2023 and the date that Order in Council was made, and ordered to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years from the effective date of that appointment.

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Heritage Hunting and Fishing Act, 2002,

Brent McNamee of Manotick

be reappointed as part-time member and designated as Chair of the Fish and Wildlife Heritage Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further that pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Heritage Hunting and Fishing Act, 2002 Order in Council numbered O.C. 551/2023 is revoked, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
