On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Science North requires a three million dollar ($3,000,000.00), plus accrued interest, loan for the purpose of bridge financing for the Dynamic Earth Capital Expansion Project:

And whereas section 11 of the Science North Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. S.4, allows Science North to borrow for its purposes upon its own credit with the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council;

Therefore, pursuant to section 11 of the Science North Act, and subject to such terms and conditions as may be stipulated by the Minister of Finance or otherwise agreed to between Science North and the Ontario Financing Authority, approval is hereby given to Science North to borrow from the Ontario Financing Authority an aggregate principal amount not to exceed three million dollars ($3,000,000.00), plus accrued interest, in lawful money of Canada to be repaid in full by a date no later than two years from the disbursement of the loan.
