Order in Council 779/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. 1. the portion of highway in the Geographic Township of Heighington (Unsubdivided), District of Cochrane, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-7306-21; and
   2. the portion of highway in the Geographic Township of Sangster (Unsubdivided), District of Cochrane, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-7302-7; and
   3. the portion of highway in the Geographic Township of Bragg (Unsubdivided), District of Cochrane, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-7391-10; and
   4. the portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Tweed (Unsubdivided), District of Cochrane, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-7303-26, and
   5. the portion of highway in the Geographic Township of Blakelock (Unsubdivided), District of Cochrane, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as PART 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-7411-1; and
   6. the portion of highway in Unsurveyed Territory, District of Cochrane, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-7300-32; and
   7. the portion of highway in the Unsurveyed Territory, District of Cochrane, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-7300-33,

   all filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeast Region of the Ministry of Transportation on the 28th day of October, 2024, be designated as secondary highway pursuant to section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended; and

2. Order in Council OC-2465/83 dated August 25, 1983, designating the above-mentioned highway as secondary highway, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Cochrane as Instrument LT 310581 (Plan MISC. 271), Ministry of Transportation Plan P-7306-3, is hereby revoked pursuant to section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 50 as amended.
