Order in Council 782/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portion of highway in the City of Kingston, Geographic Township of Kingston, in the County of Frontenac, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation being Part of Lot 11 Concession 4, and shown as Part 2 on Reference Plan 13R-23278 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3036-171) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Frontenac, be designated as control-accessed highway, pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
