On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of subsection 5(2) and subsection 5(6) of the Niagara Escarpment Planning and Development Act,

Rocco Vacca of Niagara Falls

be appointed as part-time member and designated as chair of the Niagara Escarpment Commission for a fixed term of one year, effective the later of July 1, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made.
